30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Grow kits and non-perishable items are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Approved refunds may be issued as:

• refund to original payment method
• store credit
• replacement product

Fresh Microgreens

Fresh microgreens are perishable food products and are not eligible for returns unless:

• the wrong item was provided
• the product arrived spoiled
• the product was damaged during delivery

Customers must report issues within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Photos may be required for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless defective:

• fresh produce
• opened seed packs
• used grow kits
• digital guides or downloads

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees may not be refundable unless the error was ours.
